New this year! Kentucky FBLA will be honoring community service by creating our own version of the former national Community Service Awards program.
For this program, students will log service hours individually (while chapter service projects count, there is no requirement that these hours be tied to FBLA). Students will be recognized in different ways at different levels, hours are cumulative over the course of their membership and members may back track to complete their logs as far back as when they first joined FBLA.
Both middle level and high school members will be recognized. For the middle school award hours may be logged from the month they joined through 8th grade year. Hours would start again for the high school level the month their membership began through senior year.
Students can log their CSA hours within FBLA Connect. In order to be recognized at the regional or state level, all state and regional deadline must be met.
